My discount code isn’t working?

Discount and coupon codes are only valid on full-priced items. In some cases, specific discounts, such as referral codes, are only available for first-time customers. Only one promotion or discount code is allowed per order.

Can I Return Sale Items?

At Fair Harbor, we want you to enjoy the places you love—effortlessly. Our exchange policy for sale items reflects that same ease. Here’s what you need to know:

  • You can exchange sale items or request store credit, but we don’t offer refunds for sale items.
  • Please do this within 45 days of your original purchase, and make sure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags attached.
  • If you decide to exchange a sale item for something else, you can choose an item of equal or greater value—just cover the difference if it’s more.
  • For store credit, there will be a handling fee of either $3.50 or $7.00, depending on your return method.

We’re excited to offer you some great discounts! Please note that the discounts and promotions you see on our website are valid only during the sale period. Keep in mind that these discounts can’t be combined with other offers unless we’ve specifically mentioned otherwise. The discount will be applied to the original retail price of the products.


All products available during the sale are subject to availability, so be sure to act fast! Please note that some items, like Gift Cards, aren’t eligible for discounts.

First-time customer discount is not applicable towards items that have been reduced from the original price.


Delivery dates are estimated and may vary, so please keep this in mind. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we can’t control any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Do you offer a price adjustment policy?

At Fair Harbor clothing, we value your satisfaction. If you find a full-price item you've purchased within the last 10 days has gone on sale, we'll refund you the difference, provided the item is still in stock in the size you ordered.

Chat with one of our agents within 10 days of your order date, and we'll refund the difference to your original form of payment or store credit.

Where is my ‘WELCOME’ discount?

The 15% welcome code is in a promotional pop-up box on our website that appears automatically once you enter the site. The code will appear after you provide your email. You will also receive an email with this discount code after signing up. Check your promotions or junk folders, as they can sometimes land there. If you miss it, you can enter your email into the white text box at the bottom of our site, and the code will pop up.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Enter your discount code into the “Gift card or discount code” text box on the first page of the checkout process.

What payment options are available?

We Accept: ApplePay, Klarna, AmazonPay, ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Credit  / Debit cards with a logo from  – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. 

I didn’t get my ‘Refer a Friend’ discount code.

The code will be sent to you via email. Check your promotions or junk folders, as they are sometimes routed there. If you aren’t able to find it, don’t worry. Just send us a message, and we will help.
