Returns and Exchanges

For US returns, please visit returns & exchanges to initiate a return or exchange and create your prepaid shipping label to send back your gear. With your order number and shipping address, you can request a return for a refund or an exchange for a different size, color, or style.  Sale items are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.

The Fine Print:

In the US, we offer free exchanges. For domestic returns of full-price items, a return shipping fee of $8.00 will be applied when using the box and ship method, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose the Happy Returns option.

For international orders, customers must generate their return label using the Global-E returns page, the postage cost will be calculated based upon your location, and deducted from your total refund.

We accept all merchandise returned in its original condition up to 45 days after the date of purchase. If making a return, refunds can be issued to either the original form of payment or store credit. Please allow between 1-2 weeks for processing (please allow longer processing time for international returns)

Sale Items - Exchange Only 

Sale items marked with a permanent discount are not eligible for return and will be labeled as "Exchange only" on their product pages. Exchanges or requests for store credit must be made within 45 days of the original purchase date. Sale items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customers can exchange sale merchandise for an item of equal or greater value, and if the new item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange. A service fee of $3.50 or $8.00 will be applied for exchanges, depending on the chosen return method.
